The adept archer has a chance at poisoning his arrows right before shooting
them, causing his target to also become poisoned, if they are not resistant
to the effect. This skill must be practiced to at least 50% in order for it
to activate. There is also a chance that it will add extra damroll to the
arrow, which will eventually fade along with the poison effect. Once
mastered, both the spell and damroll will be permanent.
